I am a 41 year old cancer fighter, mother of 3 children - 2 boys 19 n 7 years old, 1 girl 10 years old, and wife of a wonderful man.  I have parotid cancer received an operation to removed the tumor and did radiation treatment.  I am now trying to recover from the effects of radiation treatments and burns.  Slowly I am getting back to the normal things of life with my family.

I am also a very good cook.  It is something I enjoy and thankfully I do it well. For me cooking is a stress reliever and a motivator.  I love it to put truthfully.  I thought myself to cook all kinds of food either from watching it on Television, reading a cook book, following a recipe given by someone or taken from the internet.  Some recipes I will make as instructed but most of it I will add my own twist to make it my own.  Makes it interesting that way especially when it is attractive and delicious.

Internet surfing and blogging are another hobby of mine.  I enjoy technology and its wonders.  I don’t own much techy gadgets but I am very much intuned with them.  I keep myself updated via internet and interacting with different people. More to come in future posts.
